The company operates across the full development lifecycle, including land acquisition, feasibility analysis, zoning and entitlement coordination, infrastructure planning, and construction oversight.
Job Title: Architectural Design Specialist (Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week)
Job Duties:
Create, modify, and maintain internal study models, diagrams, and visualization materials using Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and advanced visualization tools to support development analysis and strategic planning.
Translate planning requirements, consultant inputs, and feasibility data into structured graphic and visual communication materials for internal decision-making.
Develop and maintain coordinated BIM and CAD models integrating civil, landscape, MEP, survey, and infrastructure information for internal planning and evaluation.
Review BIM models for coordination consistency, identify conflicts or discrepancies, and document issues for review by project managers and licensed design professionals.
Prepare zoning diagrams, massing studies, and planning briefs to evaluate land-use feasibility and development capacity.
Research zoning regulations, entitlement requirements, and land-use policies, and summarize regulatory impacts through concise written and graphic materials.
Produce analytical diagrams and visual studies, including digital and hand-drawn workflows, to communicate spatial and regulatory constraints.
Participate in site visits to document construction progress and field conditions through photo documentation, sketches, and written observations for internal coordination.
Track RFIs, submittals, material samples, and procurement schedules, and prepare internal progress summaries and visual reports.
Collect and organize technical documentation from external consultants to support multidisciplinary coordination and internal review.
Assist licensed professionals in assembling permitting and submission materials by preparing supporting graphics and documentation packages.
Prepare internal presentations and development strategy briefings using professional visualization and layout tools.
Job Requirement:
Master’s Degree in Architecture or a closely related field
Work Schedule: Full-Time - 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
Wage Offered: $84,989 per year
